Why We Started
PAS was created from real-life experiences. We understand that navigating complex housing and healthcare systems during a crisis can feel like a full-time job. Endless delays and unanswered calls are realities too many people face.
Our mission is deeply rooted in homeless prevention, ensuring that stable housing remains a human right. To support this, veterans, seniors, the disabled, and those experiencing homelessness receive free membership.
We step in so you don’t have to face these systems alone, because we’ve been there. PAS was created from real-life hardships, so others don’t have to go through the same.
What We Do
We provide hands-on advocacy, AI complaint assistance and direct support for individuals facing critical systemic challenges through four primary support areas.

Championing safe living conditions by addressing hazards and ensuring essential property repairs are completed promptly.
Tenant & Patient Support
Providing direct mediation for tenant disputes and expert guidance through medical and hospital care challenges.
Vulnerable Aid
Dedicated oversight and advocacy for nursing home residents, veterans, and individuals in specialized care facilities.
Complaint & Case Support
A hands-on pathway to document, file, and escalate unresolved complaints that systems often overlook.
